Shipping policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses across the European Union and the United Kingdom. Please note that we do not deliver to areas outside of these regions at this time.

3. Delivery Times

Shipping time frames are a guide only. We strive to process and dispatch your order within 2  business days from the date of your order. Please note that orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany, Monday - Friday only, except public holidays. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays and during peak periods may experience delays.

EUROPE: 2 - 4 Business Days

UNITED KINGDOM: 3 - 5 Business Days*

*Orders being shipped to the UK may be subject to inspection by local customs, which may result in unavoidable delays on you delivery. Any delays caused by customs are outside of our control and do not form part of our shipping and delivery timeframe. 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and the destination. To determine the shipping cost, add the desired products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or for large or heavy items. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders include VAT taxes, except for the UK where VAT is paid by the customer at import. The purchaser agrees to assume the cost of any taxes, import duties, or any other fees and charges which might be levied by your country. The buyer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local import laws and regulations. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, non-delivery, or return of the package.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive an order that is faulty, damaged or missing items, please keep your order intact and contact us immediately at info@pallapsport. Please include photographs as supporting evidence.
