How do I place an order?

Select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information before confirming your order. 


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal.


How can I use my voucher code?

To apply your voucher code, click the Checkout button and go to your shopping cart. Under the order summary on the right, click "Discount Code" then type your voucher code into the box and click 'Apply'.


Why isn’t my voucher working?

Online shop voucher codes can only be used on full priced products. Also, vouchers are not valid in combination with any other promotion. Voucher codes are valid for single use only.


Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to countries within Europe and the United Kingdom. Please note that all orders being sent to the UK are VAT exempt but subject to any customs and duties payable at a local level. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new shipping locations.


What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for detailed information. Delivery to the UK may be subject to inspection by customs, which may result in unavoidable delays to your delivery.


I am in the UK, do I need to pay tax?

All orders include VAT, except for those being sent to the UK. Orders being delivered to the UK require VAT and any other duties to be paid upon arrival. The purchaser is responsible for the payment of any VAT, additional taxes and import duties which may be charged by your country.


How long does delivery take?

Shipping time frames are a guide only. Please note that orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays and during peak periods may experience delays. 

EUROPE: 2 - 4 Business Days

UNITED KINGDOM: 3 - 5 Business Days


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled and  shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's "Order Tracking" page to see the latest updates on your shipment.


Can I change my delivery address or change/cancel my order if it hasn't been shipped yet?

Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order even if it has not been shipped yet. Once you receive your order, you may return any products you don't want by following our Return Policy. Our return policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under Consumer Law.


My order was cancelled. What happens now?

If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the relevant amount of money will be released or refunded to your bank account. This will be completed within 14 days, but please be aware that your bank may take a few extra days to process the payment.


What is your return policy?

You can return any unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging.
