RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

Refund Policy

Pallap is responsible only for shipments handled by us and our appointed transport partners.

Please keep the original packaging and shipping materials in case they are required to process a claim with the carrier.

Any claims related to missing or damaged items during transport must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment.



WARRANTY

All Pallap products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer law.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing and material defects that were present at the time of delivery

What the warranty does not cover

  • Damage caused by improper use or incorrect handling

  • Damage caused by impact, misuse, or external forces

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of sporting equipment

The warranty covers only the amount paid for the product.
No additional compensation, including shipping or handling costs, will be reimbursed unless required by law.

Warranty process

To request a warranty assessment:

  1. Contact us via email at returns@pallapsport.com

  2. Include your order reference and clear photos of the issue

  3. Once received, your request will be reviewed by our quality team

Warranty claims are typically assessed within 5–10 business days.
If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with EU statutory requirements.


 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • Be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and tags

  • Not be customised or personalised

We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed, untagged, or customised.

Refunds are issued for the product price and standard outbound shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inside the package, please include:

  • A note with your order reference

  • A clear statement that you are requesting a refund

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments. In these cases, return shipping costs will be fully covered by Pallap.

Please ensure:

  • The product is adequately protected during shipping

  • No labels or tape are placed directly on the original product packaging
